normal;">3月底，烟台召开专场发布会，介绍夹河·幸福新城交通发展规划情况。其中提到，新城内部规划了“十一纵八横”主干路网，主干路（含快速路辅路）约90公里，次干路约80公里，支路约180公里，可实现新城内平均通勤时间小于30分钟。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">根据规划，年内将启动<strong>珠玑路</strong>、珠玑西路、珠玑南路的局部新建工程，预计2026年可投入使用，珠玑路的上跨铁路工程因涉及铁路系统预计将于2027年投入使用。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">远期将规划建设幸福西路、幸福河路、楚泰路、华海路等主干道路。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">次干路方面，新城内部已经开工建设珠玑东路、福盈路、外环路、博学路、珠玑北路、云熙路（原珠玑北路北侧规划路）、福瑞西街（电厂东路）等7条道路。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">同时，<strong>澜清路（双碳科普馆西侧路）、云萃路（双碳科普馆东侧支路）</strong>等2条道路计划今年开工，预计2026年投入使用。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">而本次公示的珠玑路、双碳科普馆东西两侧路（命名为云萃路、澜清），都在发布会中被提到，且都将于今年年内开工，预计明年投入使用。</p></section></section></section></p>
